We ordered their specialty truffle pizza and were not disappointed at all. Gianluca was our server and he was great. Attentive and patient, we enjoyed our dining experience and will surely come again.
Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was top tier — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. We ordered the Inferno pizza and it was incredible. Perfect crust, great balance of heat and flavor, and cooked exactly right. One of those pizzas where everyone goes quiet for a minute because they’re too busy eating. Easily one of the best meals we’ve had on our trip. Highly recommend if you want amazing pizza and service that actually matches the food.
I’ve been to Mister Pizza many of times now and it’s just great! As a Celiac living here it’s a great easy cheap option for gluten free pizza. All the staff are lovely and speak great english if you need. Today Gianluca took care of me and was great! 10/10 would recommend the place
I was here with my teachers and we really liked the pizza! It was sooo tasty! The dough was soo flufyy and in the same time thin
What a pleasant surprise! The food in Mister Pizza in Florence was excellent, but what really stood out was being offered a choice of pizza dough bases. Being able to mix a wholemeal dough with a sesame seed dough made the pizza feel really unique and personalised. The crust was full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and something completely different from the usual pizza experience. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and definitely somewhere I’d happily return to again while in Florence.
Steph found this place and we were excited to try it. Jonas was great, and the pizza was fantastic. We had the gluten free crust and lactose free mozzarella. As the non-allergy half, I couldn’t tell it was GF at all. In fact, I was worried about it not being GF, but it was. I ate her crust. They nailed it! The regular food looked amazing too. How do I franchise this place in the states. We need to do better. Thank you Mister Pizza for your mission to allow people with Celiac the ability to enjoy great pizza. Oh, and we had the GF beer too, beer and pizza, awesome!
Absolutely amazing. Got the GF pizza here and I was blown away. Plan to come back tomorrow or The next day- it was so good. Being GF in Italy isn’t hard but having places like this make it MEMORABLE!! Also Mounir was absolutely amazing. So cheerful and happy to whole time. He helped us out with the menu but was so genuine & kind the whole experience. We miss him already!
I don’t even have words for how good this gluten free crust was! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE??? Ok now for the actual review: I am celiac and also vegan. I popped in here for lunch because a celiac blogger I follow recommended it and said it was the best gluten free pizza she had in Florence. I was helped by Mounir who from the moment I came in was incredibly kind and helpful. I double checked on their gluten free precautions and felt very safe. I ordered a veggie pizza that had eggplant, zucchini and arugula, with the vegan mozzarella and gluten free crust. It arrived with little “gluten free” and “vegan” flags in it. And wowww - I mean, it was just so good. Bubbly and doughy… I honestly have never had a gluten free pizza crust like that. It almost tasted like regular crust?? And with the toppings it was just perfect. I think I’ll probably have to go back once more before I leave because I can’t stop thinking about it 😭 15/10 recommend
